Assessment Regulations, 2010 (Regulations in terms of

for Environmental Authorisation for the construction of the new 132/11kV
Matthew Substation and associated 6 kilometre double circuit 132kV

environmental consultants to undertake the required EIA process. The
proposed substation site is situated within iLembe District Municipality.
