Sriram (Managing Director)M.Sc., in Physics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi and has an AIMA Diploma in Management. He has exposures in handling treasury, credit, IT & Branch operations. Shri V.G. Kannan (Managing Director) He has held various assignments spanning Credit,Forex and Investments and Retail Banking.

Shri Rajnish Kumar (Managing Director) M.Sc. in Physics, and is a CAIIB.He has vast experience in handling large credit, project finance, foreign exchange and retail banking.

Dr. Pushpendra Rai (Director)Master degree in Economics , PhD from IIT.Intellectual Property and Economic Development; Human Resource Development; Technical Assistance; and Lecturing worldwide to a wide variety of audiences.

Shri Girish Kumar Ahuja (Director)He was previously served as its General Manager of Ghaziabad Unit. Mr. Kumar served as General Manager of Bangalore Division and General Manager at Bharat Electronics Limited.

Dr. Urjit R. Patel (Director)Doctorate (Ph.D) in Economics from Yale University and is a graduate of the University of London and Oxford. He has experience of over 17 years in financial, energy and infrastructure sectors. He served as a Consultant to the Ministry of Power, Department of Economic Affairs, New Delhi.
