Enquiry, you need to contact the
Disability Office or Well Being Service
Disabled Students Allowance (DSA)
• Student discloses to the Disability Office or Well Being Service
• Student provides evidence of disability
• Disability/Well Being Case Workers send information to the
Disability Link Tutors in colleges
• Student applies for DSA.
• Funding body agrees and sends the student for a Needs
Assessment
• Needs assessor recommends reasonable adjustments
• Funding body agrees to reasonable adjustments
• Student is able to access support, specialist tuition etc.
