Starview’s MSP Series skin packaging machines are designed for low volume applications. They incorporate a stationary heating system with instant on/o� heaters, which come up to heat instantly during cycles and turn o� for loading / unloading. The MSP skin packaging machines have timer control for precision repeatability and an accu-rate turbine regulator. The MSP Series is available in the standard sizes 12 by 18 inches and 18 by 24 inches.

Description
Starview’s SP & SP/IR Series skin packaging machines are designed for low to medium volume applications. SP machines incorporate a stationary heating system with instant on/o� heaters. SP/IR models incorporate an auto-matic retractable radiant heater panel system, controlled by percentage controllers for precise heat distribution. All SP & SP/IR skin packaging machines have PLC timer control for precision repeatability and an accurate turbine regu-lator. An in-feed table, out-feed table and impulse type hot wire cut-o� are all standard. A multi-stage vacuum system for complex parts is included as a part of the HMI.
Starview’s SP & SP/IR Series skin packaging machines can be equipped with an optional �lm temperature sensor that overrides the PLC heat timer for consistent �lm heating. The SP/IR series may be ordered with a blister forming option to produce low pro�le blisters from roll stock.

ASP skin packaging machines have PLC timer control for precision repeatability and an accurate turbine regulator. An automatic in-feed table with trav-eling template loader, out-feed table and impulse type hot wire cut-o� are all standard. A multi-stage vacuum system for complex parts is included as a part of the HMI. A �lm temperature sensor that overrides the PLC heat timer for consistent �lm heating is standard.
Starview’s ASP skin packaging machines can be equipped with an optional automatic overhead out-feed system. The PLC can be used to advance an optional conveyor to remove �nished skin packages from the work area.
