Go into the settings app Tap “General” then “Accessibility” then “speech” Make sure the “Speak Selection” is turned on
o You can also turn on “Speak Screen” so that when you swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers it will speak the entire screen back to you!
To Have Your Text Read Aloud1. Highlight the text you wish to have spoken aloud
a. Tap on the text and click “select all” then use the blue dots (at the beginning and end of the last picture) to edit what you would like spoken.
2. After “Selecting All”the menu will change to look something like the picture below. 3. Click on “Speak”
