SMART-VEYOR CONVEYOR:Vertical pendant-style conveyor with 3-1/8" spacing. Variable speed 1/2 HP DC drive with belt and pulley gear reduction system. Comes equipped with pneumatically operated chain tensioning system.
CLEANSCREEN SYSTEMDesigned to automatically clean the CTU lint screen at preset time intervals. Eliminates the need to stop tunnel production for cleaning of lint screen.
CONVEYOR/BURNER INTERLOCKAutomatically turns the tunnel finisher gas heating system down to pilot light in the event the conveyor stops for any reason
CONVEYOR SPEED INDICATORDisplays the conveyor speed in hooks per hour. Only available on tunnels with conveyors installed by others.
FLOOR GRATESImproves return airflow. Mounted above floor. Strong enough to walk on.
LEVELING PADSAdjustable pads fit into the base of the machine for leveling on uneven floors. Elevates to allow cleaning under the machine.
LINT SCREEN SETExtra lint screen set allows the exchange of lint screens during operation. The set consists of three (3) slide-out lint screens for all models. Must be ordered with machine.
STAINLESS STEEL EXTERIORAll exterior panels, corners, header panels, and top covers are manufactured from Type 304 stainless steel.
STEAM MOISTURIZING SYSTEMEnhances wrinkle removal from dry garments by increasing the moisture content of the live steam.
