Activity Booking Form—stART 2013 (& Parental / Guardian Consent Form for under 16yrs) To book a place, participants must phone the Festival Office (01250 871353) to reserve a workshop place(s) and then complete and return this form along with the £1 booking fee per workshop to the address below. Places will be issued on a first come first served basis. Please include an email address to which confirmation of place(s) can be sent. (Please use block capitals. Cheques should be made payable to Strathmore Arts Festival.) stART is a registered charity and all workshops are heavily subsidised: if you would like to make a donation to help towards future arts activities run by stART, please include it with your booking form—thank you.

Welcome to stART 2013 stART is a community-based Arts Festival organised by volunteers from East Perthshire. stART 2013 aims to offer children, young people and adults opportunities to participate in a great variety of high-quality arts workshops and events. The Festival is supported by officers of Perth & Kinross Council Cultural and Community Services.
stART Festival workshops cost just £1 and can be booked at the Festival Office. Participants must ring the office to reserve a workshop place before completing the attached booking form and returning it to the Festival Office. 01250 871353
