Starlit Suites is a company dedicated to providing qualitative management services to the

hospitality industry focusing on all aspects of Serviced Residences and Apartment

hotel operations, sales & marketing and technical services for private investors,

developers, Apartment hotel owners or fund managers who wish to out source the

operations of their asset.

We are dedicated to maximize profits for our clients and enhancing their asset value.

Our vision is to be the leading Indian chain of serviced apartments in the country and

At Starlit we have aggressive growthplans, with a vision of managing over5000 suites in Asia, Middle East & Africa.

The promoters have sufficient exposurein Serviced Residences / Rental Housingworldwide and have also entered intothis segment in India for more than 5years now and are managing anthis segment in India for more than 5years now and are managing aninventory of over 350 suites for theOwners.

We are developing strategic sites inmajor Indian cities in conjunction withDevelopers where we offer aninvestment opportunity to a select groupof individuals to acquire these residentialapartments with the apartment offeredback into the rental pool for Starlit tomanage on behalf of the investor.

Anil Minocha

Chairman

Graduated from the hotel school Mumbai in 1969 has about 40years of exposure in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry. He hasextensive exposure having managed hotels in key managementpositions.

He has traveled extensively in India, maintaining very goodrelationship with all the leading Travel and Tourism Industry andrelationship with all the leading Travel and Tourism Industry andhas been instrumental in reviving business in Tourism. Has attendedvarious seminars and conferences and tourism conventions and isan imminent speaker on tourism and hospitality.

He is instrumental in bringing a turnaround in hotels from their lowsales to high sales and to develop it to profit yield enterprise.Provide complete Asset Management to units and developers.

He has pioneered Starlit Suites and Rental Pool Management inIndia since 2004 and is leading the company to become the largestoperator of Serviced Apartments in the country.

Saurabh Minocha

Managing Director

Graduated from Hotel school in 2000 specializing in Sales andMarketing and in Food and Beverage Service with honors.

Since 2000 he was associated with major Hotel Chains such asCarlson Hospitality Radisson, Le Meridian and The Grand Hyatt.

He has also been involved in pioneering Starlit Suites with theManagement Operations of Serviced Residences since 2004 fromthe project stage and has led the entire workforce in cohesion toensure that the venture is operated successfully with a healthybottom line.

Overall has a good exposure and experience in Management,Marketing, and Business Development of Hospitality Projects.

� MR. RAJIV KAPOOR

Graduated from the hotel school Delhi and has an experience of over 30

years in the Hospitality Industry. Has extensive Management experience and

has been General Manager for various hotels. Has also been involved in

setting up of more than 100 Restaurants Pan India and has exposure to

Business Development and Food & Beverage. Has strong operational and

� MR. SUNIL MARWAH

Graduated from the hotel school Delhi in 1976 has over 30 years of exposure

in the Tourism Industry. Has extensive experience both in Management and is

setting up of Hotels. Has worked for nearly 15 years as General Manager /

Senior General Manager for leading Hotels in India and overseas and is

generally associated with hotel groups from construction stages. Extensive

exposure in pre opening, setting up of and operating hotels heading the

project implementation for Starlit Suites.

Has a varied industry exposure since graduating from SNDT Mumbai in 1997.

Has worked in various managerial positions in the Garment, Retail and Real

Estate Industries. Associated with Starlit since inception and handles the key

responsibility of manpower management and operations. Heads the projects

and operations of western India for Starlit .

� MR. ONIL CHANDNA

Mr Onil Chandna, with post-qualification experience of over 20 years brings

strength to our organisation as our advisor and associate specialising in

financial services. He completed his Bachelors from the Delhi University in

Commerce in 1991 and thereafter qualified as a Chartered Accountant in

1995. Recently, to upgrade his knowledge and broaden the scope of practice,

he is a specialist in the field of Financial Management, Internal Audit & FEMA

matters.

� MS. KAVITA MANCHANDA

With a post-qualification experience of over 20 years in Hospitality Sales

brings strength to the organisation in Sales & Marketing and Business

Development. Has in depth knowledge of various cities and markets having

worked with International and Domestic Hotel Groups in Regional Offices

and various cities in India and the Middle East. Analytically inclined, covers

� MR. SANCHIT MIRJI

Has a post qualification experience of over 15 years in the Hospitality

Projects, Revenue, Software and Operations. He has been associated with

various Hotel groups and hospitality companies as project manager and

business development. Strong project background and a strong drive to

implement projects successfully and timely. Looks after the project

development to get Starlit Suites projects into operations.
