Major I plan to become a doctor, so I would probably
choose a biology major such as biology. Stanford offers both Master and Doctorate degrees for this major.
Stanford degree requirement is 48 credit hours in the biology department

HistoryLeland Stanford moved to California during the
gold rush with his family.
He was the leader of the Republican Party, governor of California, and later a senator.
His son died so he just decided to memorialize his son’s memory through a university.
On October 1, 1891, Stanford University opened with a class of 555 men and women.
