Standox MicroRepair Reduces process times,

Typical damage: stone chip damage or small scratch.

Clean with Standox Silicone Remover.

Final cleaning with an antistatic, dust removing cloth.

Apply Standohyd Basecoat to opacity andblend with Colour Blend if necessary.

Apply 2K HS Repair Clear over basecoat, then blend in using Standox 2K Smart Blendor Smart Blend Mild. Infrared or oven dry.

Final polishing with the spot polishingmachine.

Sand the damaged area using a sandingmachine suitable for the MicroRepair method.Then clean again. If damage goes through to bare metal, use 1K Fullprimer before nextstage.

Mask the area. Apply Standox 2K HS Filler.Infrared or oven dry.
