We categorize these Medical Service Providers in three groups based on how you can access them:

Ø Frontline Provider: a Medical Service Provider whom a Resolution Insurance Member can access service by providing their Resolution Insurance Membership Card to 9

Ø Specialist Providers: a Medical Service Provider who is a Specialist to whom a Resolution Insurance Member can access service by providing their Resolution Insurance Membership Card Page 10 to 22

Ø Referral Providers: a Medical Service Provider who is a Specialist and Resolution Insurance Members can only access their services once referred by a Frontline Provider Page 23 to 26
