Stock coils or custom, Madok Canada Delivers Quality
Coils are individually designed for a high
heat transfer performance, low initial cost,
and long-life. The staggered tube orientation
provides turbulent air flow.
Tubes are smooth, seamless copper,
manufactured to ASME specifications,
mechanically expanded into fin collars for
permanent bond.
Fins are aluminum, die formed, plate type. Designed to match any application, maximize heat
transfer, and minimize air friction.
Headers are heavy wall, seamless copper
with non-ferrous connections. Headers are
generously sized for promoting uniform flow
distribution and low overall pressure drop.
Frames are heavy gauge galvanized steel.
Top and bottom plates have double bends
for added rigidity. Tube sheets have die
formed tube holes for maximum support.
Intermediate tube sheets are included for additional strength. On larger coils, stacking flanges
provide additional rigidity and facilitate installation in coil banks.
Return bends are heavy wall, seamless copper
manufactured to ASME specifications, sized to provide
smooth fluid flow with minimum pressure drop.
Brazing alloys meet AWS specifications. All coil joints are
hand brazed with high temperature brazing filler metal.
Coil testing range is 325 psig – 600 psig dry air
under warm water.
Standard coils are suitable up to 100 psig @ 340°F,
278 psig @ 125°F, 440 psig @ 105°F.
Custom coils are suitable for use up to 300 psig at
350°F
Coils are computer rated in accordance with ARI
standard 410.

Meet the Madok Engineered Solutions Group [ESG]
Madok is well-known as a premier manufacturer of heat transfer coils, but our core specialty
is solving unique and complex customer heat transfer challenges. Our Engineered Solutions
Group, (ESG), will work with your specifications,
no matter how challenging, and arrive at a design
solution that will meet and exceed your needs. The
Madok team will work with your engineering staff to
handle special requests, even if they require a one-off
solution. We will be glad to design coils for use in
applications involving special fluids, and collaborate
with your product design personnel to develop and
manufacture new-to-market prototypes to wear
your brand. At the same time, we offer expertise
in coating solutions to give those new products
enhanced performance over a long service life.
Our Engineered Solutions Group is equipped to take on re-engineering of obsolete coils to be
replaced where little or no historical paperwork or specifications exist. We can also arrange
for the ESG to go on-site to lend Madok’s engineering and installation expertise, ensuring
seamless integration and the best possible result for the customer’s project.
The goal of our Engineered Solutions
Group is to provide the customer with
a level of flexibility and choice that
isn’t found in traditional off-the-shelf
offerings. We pride ourselves on our
ability to guide customers through
the complexities of selecting the
right heat transfer coils to make the
process an uncommonly positive,
personalized experience.
The Engineered Solutions Group, combined with Madok Canada’s Heresite corrosion protection
expertise, add up to a perfect solution in every situation, no matter how ordinary or unique.
“Heresite protective coatings dramatically improve
temperature resistance, thermal conductivity, and
chemical resistance.”
Heresite is an FDA approved, pure phenolic, resinous thermo-set coating that can be applied to aluminum, copper, and steel with equal results.
Heresite coatings provide optimal protection from exposure to corrosive fumes and salt atmosphere.
Applied right in the Madok facility using a multi-stage immerse-then-bake process, Heresite protects every inner and outer surface of Madok’s coils from corrosive agents to sustain maximized air flow and extend the life of all components.
In addition to the added longevity benefits of comprehensive corrosion protection, a Heresite coated coil is easier to maintain than a non-coated coil, especially in situations where “air-side” fouling is prevalent.
Madok Manufacturing is the exclusive Canadian distributor of Heresite products licensed applicator of Heresite protection to heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and heat transfer equipment from any manufacturer.
Applied with expertise by Madok Canada
Madok serves all of Canada, offering a full
