CHANGES TO AWARDS & TROPHIES - As part of an overall review of Awards and Trophies for both our Shows, you will find some changes have been made.
• In several sections the main trophy will now be awarded for the winner of most points and new Best Exhibit Awards have been introduced in these sections
• The E Steel Cup for the Best Pot will be awarded for Section 3 only
• The June Griffith Trophy has moved to the new Art Section. Committee members who knew June and her family felt this was an appropriate change as June was artistic as well as a lover of flowers.
ART SECTION - This was a successful introduction last year and now we have new boards where entries will be displayed by Staging Stewards.
• Entrants please note the instructions about mounting
• We want to allow plenty of time for display so you are asked to have entries at the Hall by 9.30am
• Please contact John Mitchell or Bob Beck if it would be easier to hand in your entries before the Show Day
JUNIORS - Entrants of 12yrs or under entering any classes in the Show are invited to add their age to their entry form and they will be eligible to win the RHS Junior Award Certificate.

• Many thanks to everyone who helps in any way towards the organisation of our Shows. Currently we would welcome more volunteers on Friday evenings before the Shows when tables are set out and particularly in the Summer, more helpers on the day
• There will NOT be a Produce Stall at the Spring Show but the Committee would be pleased to hear from anyone prepared to organise this for the Summer Show
