The most important stakeholders of any higher education institution are students, teachers, alumni and

employers. The facilities and infrastructure and provisions of an institution revolve around the needs

and expectations of its stakeholders. The institution has paid attention to the views and suggestions of

all the stakeholders to obtain feedback on their experience of learning, teaching, infrastructure and other

facilities provided by the institution. Therefore, an institution needs to collect feedback from its

stakeholders to excel in its future endeavors.

All stakeholders have been provided a platform to express their opinion and suggestions in relation to

curriculum, teaching-learning process and suggest improvement areas. For this academic year 2020-21,

IQAC has collected feedback on various aspects related to curriculum, teaching, learning has analyzed

and taken suitable action to improve the overall excellence of the institution.

Students feedback is considered as a backbone of any institution for strengthening the

overall performance of an institution. Students were provided with an opportunity to

comment on the learning experiences and assess the success of academics. For this

academic year 2020-21, the feedback has been collected from 205 students from across

the streams of arts, commerce and management.

Mechanism of feedback:

A google form of questionnaire was created with questions pertaining to different

aspects related to curriculum.

The weblink of the feedback questionnaire was provided to the students to complete

the form within the stipulated time.

The collected feedback has been analyzed and action taken report has been presented:

ACTION TAKEN REPORT

The feedback on curriculum is collected from student. IQAC committee conducted meeting and discussed

with all faculty members on various suggestions and action to be taken.

The affiliating University will revise the syllabus

as per the New Education Policy from academic

year 2021-22 as per the current needs.

Faculty members will recommend BOS to revise

syllabus as per the current needs and job

opportunities.

Department library has been issuing reference

books.

Faculties should ensure that the students get

availability of reference books.

The availability of the learning resources in the

library will be enriched.

More reference books and other related study

materials will be made available to the students.

Alternate entry and exist has been created to

reach Block 2 and Block 3.

Overall Analysis

The overall analysis of the feedback data reveals that teachers have been doing excellent. A majority of

the students are of the opinion that teachers are doing good lessons. Teaching is very good. Overall

acceptable and good. Good teaching and supportive staff.

Teachers play an important role in moulding the career of the students and building the future leaders of

nation. An online google form was prepared to seek feedback from teachers, permanent and guest

faculties to strengthen the quality of teaching-learning ambience. Feedback on curriculum from 14

permanent faculty and 4 guest faculty members of the institution for the academic year 2020-21was

collected.

Overall Analysis

The overall feedback from faculty members has been excellent about curriculum, learning

outcomes and other aspects. About 67 % of the teachers have opined that framing and

updating of the syllabus, objectives and outcomes of the syllabus are well defined,

availability of learning resources, academic calendar of events is designed and

implemented

Overall Analysis

The overall analysis of feedback from alumni reveals that the college is one the best educational

institution imparting quality higher education in Anekal Taluk and suggests to improve the existing

facilities. As opinioned by alumnus this college is really one of my best journey in my life. Good

college, good teaching and also very good lectures, good knowledge, and teaching experience, very

good accommodation for poor or middle class students and it's very good to village students. I love

my college. Good faculty but require more facilities. Based on the suggestions given by the Alumni,

more initiatives will be taken to increase the network of all alumni members and make them involve

in every sphere for overall development of the institution.

Overall Analysis

The overall analysis of feedback from employer reveals that the ability of contribute to achieve the

set goals and manage relationship with fellow colleagues, commitment towards completing the task

in time has been very good. More efforts will be made to impart the students with more career and

placement guidance.

Conclusion Thus the feedback given by the stakeholders has been analyzed and suitable action was taken to satisfy

the expectations of students, alumni and employers. This further helps us to improve the overall

performance as per the expectations and needs to meet the current needs.
