Free Float steam traps have only one moving part, the float. Three-point seating ensures a steam-tight seal.

Free Float Steam traps have no levers or hinges, and only one moving part, the free float, meaning less wear and longer service life. In addition, three-point seating ensures a steam tight seal even with low condensate loads.

Scale Removal Function

Temperature control traps used on tracer lines often get clogged with scale from tracer tubing and thrown away. For those applications, the scale removal function can quickly and easily clean the source of the clogging from the orifice to increase product life and trap reliability.

Pressure Reducing ValveCOS Series

By combining a cyclone separator and a pressure reducing valve, condensate and scale are removed, extending product life.

The cyclone separator incorporated in the COS series pressure reducing valves removes not only condensate, but also extends product life by removing dirt and scale that are the source of failures. Furthermore, the separator provides high-quality dry steam to increase production efficiency.

Featuring an automatic bimetal air vent

and a free float, the SS1 is a durable

energy-efficient steam trap with a long

service life.

Featuring three-point seating, this steam

trap provides a steam-tight seal even

with low condensate loads. The SS3/SS5

also feature an integral automatic

bimetal air vent for fast start-up.

The automatic X-element vents cold air at

start-up and hot air during operation for

increased process efficiency.

The automatic air vent (JH-B Series) or a

cover plug (JH-P Series) is effective for the

highest pressures.

The FS Series features a free float trap

installed on a 2-bolt universal flange

connector for easy installation and

replacement in both vertical and

horizontal piping.

The L Series rapidly discharges low temperature

condensate and air for rapid start-up, and discharges

hot air during operation. The large orifice reduces

blockage from scale build-up.

Clean Steam Traps are easy to disassemble,

don't accumulate condensate, and

discharge all condensate to protect against

contamination.

The LEX3N-TZ helps sustain fluid

temperature in oil lines, tracer lines, and

other applications. With a scale removal feature, the

LEX eliminates concerns about clogged traps.
