A flat fee of just $20 per room or cabin will be charged per night to year-round employees and their immediate families (spouse and dependent children) from any current CCCA Mid-Atlantic Section or Allegheny Section member camp. (If larger lodging facilities are reserved by multiple families, the cost will be $20/night per family unit.)

Meals can be provided only if they would normally be served anyway for other camp guests. You’ll be charged one-half the normal rate for meals.

This offer is good only during non-peak times when the camp is not expected to be full to capacity. Reservations are subject to availability, and can be made for staff individuals and their immediate families and, at the most, a few families traveling together. Group retreats or larger staff gatherings will be held to the host camp’s group reservation policies.

Costs and availability of any other services and activities will depend upon the host camp’s policies.

The Staff Retreat Exchange Program for CCCA Mid-Atlantic section members provides low-cost vacation alternatives for staff and their families. Whether traveling solo or as a family, the Exchange offers a safe place among friends in Christ as you explore new places, rest and relax, and befriend colleagues at these participating camps and retreat centers.
