Aim: To explore the employment related experiences of people with dementia or MCI, and attitudes of employers and/or co-workers towards supporting people with dementia, in order to identify the potential for continued employment post diagnosis

Findings How people with dementia cope in the
workplace, challenges faced by
employers/co-workers, responses to
these challenges. Adjustments that people with dementia/MCI would require
to extend their working lives, and factors that would enable or hinder employers from providing such support.
