STAFF STAR AWARD"Objectives:
• To help the CCG achieve our overall organisational objectives; to be empowering andprogressive.
• engage effectively with our staff
Potential names:
• CCG Champions
• CCG Sheffield Stars
• Maddy's medal
• Staff star award
Suggested Criteria
The awards could be judged against four key criteria - incorporating CCGs corporate values:
• Progression
• Compassion and care
• Empowerment
• Fairness, honesty, responsiveness and accountability

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONSLEARNING LUNCHAn initial learning lunch to be hosted by Eleanor/Sarah explaining the staff awards and how to getinvolved. Staff can express their thoughts and concerns.
ADVERTISING WITH AN INFOGRAPHICCreated by Sophie/Jahnae:
• For 722 building
• To be included on the intranet pages
INTRANETA page on the intranet will be created with the following information:
• An explanation of the awards
• A form where people can nominate staff members, similar to the team brief page.
• A list/archive of winners
ITEM IN THE STAFF BULLETIN (WRU)• Explaining the purpose of the awards with a direct link to the intranet page.
• A bi-weekly reminder to nominate in the monthly awards.
INTRANET NEWSTo regularly update the intranet news section with:
• Information on the award launch
• Monthly winners and why they won.
MENTION IN STAFF FORUM MEETING• To ensure that the staff award project is mentioned by Maddy Ruff to all CCG staff at the
(informal) staff forum meeting
• To guarantee that the winner is mentioned in the staff forum meetings with praise of thosewho were nominated.
SURVEY MONKEY• Create a Survey Monkey to gather staff's thoughts on the awards for development.
