-ZTELEVISIONKARE is new Home of the Vikings. Tune in to KARE 11 for all Vikings preseason action and special programming throughout the season. Vikings Weekly will air Saturdays at Noon and Vikings GamePlan will air Sundays at 10:30 AM. All Vikings preseason games and programming will be broadcast in High Definition.

BUS PARKINGA limited amount of space is available on 5th Street South between 11th Avenue South and Chicago Avenue South. Buses must be pre-screened for security purposes. A security assessment will be charged and may be paid in advance or on game day. For further information, please contact 612-33-VIKES (612-338-4537) or log on to vikings.com. Buses may not be allowed to drop off passengers on 11th Avenue South.

CAMERAS & VIDEONo video cameras are allowed into the stadium per NFL regulations. Still cameras are allowed. Professional lenses or lenses that obstruct another guest’s view may not be used.

CENTERPLATE With approximately 120 client accounts and revenues approaching $500 million, Centerplate serves the largest number of major convention centers in the United States, and it is the largest food service provider to NFL stadiums and Minor League Baseball parks. Centerplate is responsible for the operation of all stadium food and beverage concessions and merchandise sales during events. In addition to game day concessions, Centerplate also caters private events at Mall of America Field.

CREDIT CARDSFor your convenience, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) are accepted at all permanent and portable concession stands, merchandise stands and the Vikings Ticket Office. Credit cards are not accepted for in-seat vendors.

DEFIBRILLATORSIn case of medical emergency or cardiac arrest, contact the nearest usher, security guard or Fan Services team member. Four (4) first aid personnel are roaming the stadium at all times with AED’s. There is also a stationary AED located in the MSFC office near section 118. If there is a need to use this device, please follow the instructions that are located with the defibrillator.

DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAMSThe Minnesota Vikings, MillerCoors and Centerplate encourage fans to live responsibly. Fans may visit the ‘Live Responsibly’ booths located at Section 114 and 200 during Vikings home games for information on how fans age 21 and over can sign up to be a designated driver and receive a complimentary soft drink. As a designated driver, fans pledge not to drink alcoholic beverages during the game and to provide responsible transportation for all members of their group.

EJECTIONAttending a Minnesota Vikings event is something that should be an enjoyable and safe experience for all. It is our goal to avoid ejections or arrests as much as possible; however, it is of primary importance that each guest is able to enjoy a quality stadium experience while in attendance. We will do this by enforcing rules and regulations in place and by ejecting or removing any individual from the stadium, without refund, when they do not abide by policies, rules or generally accepted standards of behavior that are consistent with safety or security or that negatively impact others’ enjoyment of the event. Season Ticket Account Owners are responsible for the actions of their guests and are subject to cancellation of tickets. See “Fan Code of Conduct” on the inside cover.

ELEVATORSElevator service for the upper and lower concourses is available for elderly guests or those unable to use the outside ramps or stairs. Please use the elevator on the Lower Level Concourse at Section 115 and Upper Level Concourse at Section 217.

EMERGENCIES In case of emergency, please notify the nearest usher, security guard or Fan Services team member. Please leave your seat location and the Minnesota Vikings Ticket Office phone number 612-338-4537 with anyone that may need to contact you during a game in case of emergency.

EVACUATIONSShould there be an immediate need to evacuate Mall of America Field, fans will be given instructions via the public address system. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the nearest exits. Your nearest exit may not be the same doors you used to enter the stadium. An evacuation video will be displayed on the video boards during pregame to educate fans.

ENTERTAINMENTAny questions or comments regarding Vikings game day entertainment (including National Anthem, Color Guard, Gjallarhorn and halftime) should be directed to the Vikings Marketing Department at [email protected].

FAN SERVICESFan Services kiosks are located at Sections 111 and 216. Guests may obtain information or request assistance of any type from a Fan Services representative at these locations.

FIELD ACCESSOnly authorized personnel will be permitted on the field prior to, during and after the game. Any unauthorized persons gaining access to the field will be removed, ejected and subject to prosecution and/or fine as well as loss of season ticket privileges.

FIRST AIDIn case of illness or accident, contact any usher, security guard or concession stand personnel to call first aid. For minor issues, first aid can be accessed at Section 116 on the lower level. Medical service workers throughout Mall of America Field may be equipped with defibrillators.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULINGWhile all games are subject to change, the NFL also retains ‘Flex Scheduling’ rights. This allows for any 12:00 PM (CT) scheduled game on Sundays in weeks 10-17 subject to change to 3:15 PM or 7:15 PM kickoff times. Flex Scheduling will NOT change the date of any game.

GAME DATE & TIME CHANGESThe Vikings and the NFL reserve the right to change the date and/or starting time of the game shown on the front of the game ticket. In the event of such a change, all media will be alerted and postcards/emails will be sent to all Season Ticket Owners. No such change should entitle the ticket holder to a refund of the purchase price for this or any other Vikings ticket.

GATE OPENING TIMESAll ticket holders may enter the stadium 2 hours prior to kickoff.

GATE SECURITY SCREENINGPrior to entering stadium gates, all patrons will be subject to security screening including pat downs and inspection of bags or other items carried in. The level of screening may be modifi ed on an event by event basis at the discretion of the NFL. Ticket holders refusing security screening will be denied admittance to the event. Guests should plan on arriving at gates no later than half an hour prior to the event start time. See “Prohibited and Restricted Items” list on page 13 for a full explanation of what is or is not allowed to be brought into the stadium. During Vikings events, express lanes may be designated at each gate for patrons without any bags or containers. Small purses are permitted through express lanes. Employees follow the same guidelines as guests.

Buy a roundtrip “Event 6-Hour Pass” from the ticket machine on the rail platform and avoid standing in line for a return ticket after the game.

Bus routes: Ride the bus. No traffi c hassles or parking costs. Use the trip planner at metrotransit.org or call 612-373-3333 to fi nd the best way to the game by bus. Several routes drop off within just a few blocks of Mall of America Field.

MILLER LITE PARTY ON THE PLAZAThe Vikings Miller Lite Party on the Plaza is a pregame festival located on the northwest side of Mall of America Field. It’s FREE and it opens 2½ hours prior to kickoff. Fans can get Vikings Alumni autographs, enjoy live bands, visit with Vikings Cheerleaders and listen to live KFAN coverage. Plus, it is the only spot outside the stadium where fans can buy food and drinks before the game.

METROPOLITAN SPORTS FACILITIES COMMISSIONThe Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission (MSFC) is the owner and operator of Mall of America Field.

The MSFC was established by legislative charter in 1977 and was responsible for the construction of Mall of America Field. The MSFC consists of 7 members. Six are appointed by the Minneapolis City Council. The chair is appointed by the Governor and must reside outside of Minneapolis. MSFC members have always represented a broad cross-section of the community.

RE-ENTRY POLICYThe Minnesota Vikings and Mall of America Field have a NO RE-ENTRY policy. Ticketed guests who leave the building are NOT permitted to re-enter with a previously scanned ticket. No re-entry passes will be issued.

RESTROOMSRestrooms are located throughout the stadium and all are ADA compliant.

SCOREBOARD MESSAGESFor Vikings home games, guests have the ability to purchase a personal message to commemorate birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, etc. to appear on the scoreboard. Requests should be made at least 3 weeks in advance and will be taken on a fi rst-come, fi rst-served basis. SMOKING AREASSmoking is not permitted on the concourses or in any seating or enclosed areas at Mall of America Field. Guests may smoke in designated smoking areas only, located in the outer gate areas on the Lower or Upper Concourses.

SOLICITATION - LITERATUREIt is prohibited to solicit contributions or to distribute literature on stadium property (inside or outside) without the written approval of Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC and the MSFC.

SPECIAL EVENTSThroughout the year, the Minnesota Vikings offer several special events for those Vikings fans who want to become more involved with the team off the fi eld. STREET CLOSURESTo establish a secure perimeter surrounding Mall of America Field, the City of Minneapolis and the Minneapolis Police Department will be closing Fourth and Fifth Streets between Park and 11th Avenues two (2) hours prior to kickoff. Please plan accordingly.

MILLER LITE PARTY DECKThe Miller Lite End Zone Party Deck is a collaborative effort between the Minnesota Vikings and MillerCoors. Four Mall of America Field suites in Section 103 were combined to create a unique and festive atmosphere for fans to enjoy Vikings football. Tickets to the Miller Lite End Zone Party Deck will be given away by the Vikings Street Team throughout the season. Check out vikings.com/endzone for more information and to fi nd out when and where the Street Team will be appearing.

PARKING INFORMATIONThere is no on-site parking at Mall of America Field. There is ample parking available near the stadium at privately owned ramps and surface lots. Prices will vary depending on location.

Disabled access parking is at the Hennepin County Medical Examiner Lot located between 5th and 6th Streets on Park Avenue. A Municipal Parking Ramp located at 425 Park Avenue also has disabled parking spots available.

PHOTO - TV RIGHTSThe ticket owner (user of the ticket) grants to the NFL, the Minnesota Vikings and their assigns, the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice, image or likeness as part of any live or recorded video display, broadcast or other transmission, reproduction, or other depiction in any media now or hereafter existing, of all or any part of the football game or related events.

PROHIBITED & RESTRICTED ITEMSNeither Mall of America Field nor the Minnesota Vikings have the capability to check or hold onto any banned items during the game; therefore, any items left at the security checkpoints will be discarded. Some items prohibited from the stadium include, but are not limited to:

-ZWHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SEATINGThese seating areas of Mall of America Field are located in the first row of the upper deck and selected areas in the lower deck. If wheelchair seating is needed for a particular game, ticket holders have the opportunity to exchange their game ticket for a wheelchair area ticket (based upon availability). For more information and to check on availability, please call 952-918-8400 in advance of game day.

WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCEWheelchair assistance from gates to seating sections and back is available for those with difficulties walking or standing for long periods of time. Please enter through Gate D if special assistance is needed to get to your seat. Guests may request wheelchair assistance from any stadium staff member. However, stadium wheelchairs cannot be lent out for any period of time. Stadium wheelchair personnel are not permitted to operate in parking lots or exterior areas or walkways of the stadium.

WHELAN SECURITY Whelan Security is the official security provider to the Minnesota Vikings. Whelan provides ushers, ticket takers and security officers throughout the stadium on game day. If you need assistance contact a Whelan Security employee who will be wearing a highly visible yellow windbreaker or red polo shirt.

WILL CALL WINDOWSWill Call Tickets can be picked up beginning two hours prior to kickoff. Will Call Windows are located at the Vikings Ticket Office beneath Gate G and Ticketmaster Will Call is located at the Gate B ticket booth. Photo identification is required to pick up tickets. STROLLERSStrollers are allowed into Mall of America Field but must be checked at the stadium commission office near Section 118.
