Follow these easy step-by-step instructions to wrap a sleigh-full of beautiful packages before you can say “Ho-Ho-Ho!” Turn over for remaining steps... 5. Fold in bottom flap and run fingertips along edge of box as shown in circle inset. 2. Fold one end of the paper towards the center of the box (use grid to keep paper perfectly aligned to ensure a straight seam). Tape the paper in place. Referring to the photo, on opposite end of paper, fold paper over 1". Run fingertip along fold to create a clean, crisp edge. 6. Secure flaps with tape. Repeat steps 4-6 on the opposite end of the package. 9. Pull ribbon taut and tie a simple bow as pictured. 11. Straighten the bow as desired. Now this beautifully wrapped parcel is ready to take its place under the tree. 1. Unroll wrapping paper on a hard, flat surface with the pattern side down. Using the printed grid as your guide, position box on paper. Carefully fold the paper over top of box to measure. As a general rule, add an extra 2" inches on all sides; cut paper accordingly. 3. Pull folded edge of paper to center of box, holding paper taut, and secure with double-sided tape. 4. To finish sides, fold down top flap. Tuck in the left flap and run fingers down fold, creasing edge. Repeat on opposite side. 7. Measure ribbon by wrapping it twice around the box. Add approximately 24" extra inches for a bow and tails. 10. To finish ends of ribbon with the popular “V” shape, fold ribbon over and using sharp scissors, cut at a downward 45° angle.
