• The wonderful location of St. Theresa & its vibrant community
• Growth in the Parish • Growth in the School• Planning for the future – more seats• Fixing up “Grandma’s house”

• Fellowship Hall repurposing and renovation
• Gym repurposing and renovation• But we always knew there was more

Sessions• Early Committee toured Churches• So many challenges– A/C, Lighting, Pews, Sound, Carpet– Not enough seats for parish growth

Embarked on Master Planning
• Looked at all the property• But started with the Church• We considered– Adding transepts to the sides– Reversing the direction of the church– Tearing down and starting over
• So we stopped and took a break

• We looked at initial costs• We reworked our plans to phase• We are excited tonight to share our

In Summary

• We do not yet have real estimates– But think big: $6 - $7 million
• We are on our way thanks to Mr. Leo Etlinger and his estate gift of $2.3
• We will still have to raise
