Pastor’s Notes

• Following the 8:30 a.m. morning Mass this Monday, May 7th, I will be attending with my brother priests the Priests Convocation being held at the Mountain View Grand in Whitefield. Please keep all of us in your prayers. I should be back Wednesday afternoon; however, since I won’t be around there will be no Eucharistic Adoration Monday morning and no morning Mass on Tuesday, May 8th.

• Congratulations and God’s blessings to Liam Bresnahan, Mason Cleaves, Sawyer Daffinrud, Mary Donahue, Braden Gignac, and Harrison Sweitzer who will be making their First Holy Communion this Sunday at the 10:30 a.m. Mass. May they always feel the love and presence of the Lord as they receive Him in Holy Communion.

The Mass schedule f o r As c en s io n Thursday, May 10th, a holy day of obligation, is as follows:

8:30 a.m.: St. Rose of Lima Church Noon: Our Lady of the Snows 6:00 p.m.: St. Rose of Lima Church

The Knights of Columbus will be hosting another delicious pancake breakfast following both Masses this Sunday, May 6th. Besides pancakes & French toast served with real maple syrup, the mouthwatering menu also includes sausage, scrambled eggs, juice, coffee, and tea. An opportunity for a free will offering will be available. All First Communion families are invited to attend through the generosity of the Knights of Columbus. Come on out for some yummy food and good fellowship!

NH Fisher Cats Parish Day Trip

Please join us on Saturday, May 19th, as

we head to Manchester to see a Fisher Cats baseball game during their “Faith and Family Night.” SoulFest presents “Baseball, Love & Action: A Night of Fellowship and Fun!” with the Ricky George Project playing onstage, followed by a few words from the team chaplain, then player Q&A before the game begins at 6:35 p.m. We will leave from the St. Rose parking lot at 3:30 p.m. and travel by coach bus to Delta Dental Stadium in Manchester where we will have some time to enjoy the ballpark and festivities before the team takes on Binghamton. At the conclusion of the game, we’ll head back into the bus for a relaxing ride back to St. Rose. The cost of the trip and the game are FREE. You only need to purchase whatever yummy snacks, drinks, and fun souvenirs you’d like. Space is still available, so please call, email, or text Cindy Burnell at 991-8403 or [email protected] soon to sign up for this fun event!
