We cannot guarantee a spot for the athlete if we receive the registration after June 2, 2021. Once the teams are full we may deny any late sign-ups.

Refunds will only be given if written notification is received one month prior to the start of the sport season.

GENERAL INFORMATION - ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION Please also see the St. Roman Athletic Policy Handbook on the website for more details.

Fees / Responsibilities: All families must pay an athletic participation fee and concession fee. In addition each family must complete their concession duty obligation. Athletics is an extracurricular activity & not covered by other school agreements. All fees are due at the time of registration.

Late Registration:

We cannot guarantee participation if registrations forms are late. Late signups will only be honored if there is room on the team & if the $20 late fee is paid per family. Late registrations will be accepted for new families to St. Romans.

Concession Fee & Commitment: The money that we make within the concession booth at St. Romans helps to defray costs of our Athletic Association. Therefore ALL families are asked to help work concessions during volleyball and/or basketball season (Concession sign up is located outside of the Gym or on school speak) -even if they don't play these sports. All families must pay a $50/per child mandatory concession fee in the grades of KS through 8th grade. Each parent is required to work concessions - one shift per participant and also per sport. Therefore, if you have three children participating in two sports you are required to work 6 shifts. Each shift consists of 2 to 3 hours of work.

Concession fee will be rolled over if you fulfilled your commitment.

If you want to select your time slot(s) the schedule will be posted for a short time period prior to each season. During registration you will be asked the preference to complete your commitment during volleyball or basketball season and you will be asked for your preference to work on Saturday or Sunday. You will be notified by phone on your time slot. You may also refer to school speak on your time slot commitment. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the time slot commitment is filled and if a conflict should arise it is your responsibility to obtain someone to cover {or to switch with another family).

No partial refunds will be given. A family MUST complete the total commitment to receive a refund or roll over. Tournaments do not count towards meeting your concession stand commitment. Tournament slots are the responsibility of the parents/families participating in the tournament. ** The concession Fee is not covered by the waiver, and must be paid by all families.
