GENERAL INFORMATION

• This is a fun event aimed at all ages and abilities. No previous experience necessary.

• Entry Fee £20.00 per team. Closing date for entries 6th July 2013.

• Teams of 4. In each match 3 will be nominated to play and the fourth team member will act as measurer. This can be rotated.

• During the morning a round robin will be played in leagues. During the afternoon the top 2 in each league will play in a knock out competition. Those not in the top 2 will play in a plate knock out competition.

• Food and drink will be available for purchase throughout the day.

• A place at the event will not be confirmed until a completed application form and the entry fee is received.

• Metal boules to be used (6 per team.) Please bring your own metal boules. These price from less than £10 for recreational sets to expensive competition boules. Please mark them in such a way that you can identify them. If this causes difficulty please contact us.

• Details of rules and timings will be sent once a completed entry and fee are received.

• We cannot refund entry fees to teams who have entered but do not eventually take part in the competition. There is a limit of 32 teams for this event.
