MASS INTENTIONS
Mass intentions will be offered in a private Mass by Father Zack on a daily basis.
THE ASCENSION OF THE LORD
Dear Lord Jesus Christ, right before your Ascension
into heaven you told your apostles to be His witnesses to
the ends of the earth upon receiving the Holy Spirit. May I
be similarly inspired to spread your Gospel
message in word and deed, according to your will for me.
And may I do so prudently and joyfully, with your help, your
guidance, and your grace! And remembering this glorious
event, help me to seek what is above, Heaven, where you
are seated at the right hand of God the Father!

The Return to Public Worship and Sacramental Life at St Patrick’s.
The Mass you may attend in the weeks ahead will look and feel quite differ-ent from the Mass you remember from two months ago. It will be imperative for all of us to work together during these times. The pandemic is not over and safety precautions must be followed in order to promote the continued health and safety of everyone in our parish. Everyone should feel comforta-ble to come and worship at any time.
At this time St. Patrick’s is offering limited public Masses to almost 70 peo-ple at a time in accordance with State and the Diocese of Nashville Safety Guidelines. St. Patrick’s Parish is committed to providing the highest safety standards possible while accommodating the safest number of people al-lowed to gather as instructed by county and state guidelines. When there is a change to these guidelines, we will adjust our seating capacity. In addition, St. Patrick’s Parish is requiring all attendees to wear face masks and observe social distancing guidelines. For more details, please refer to a letter that was posted on our website two weeks ago, letter to the parishioners and guide-lines for attending Mass during COVID-19.
It is important to keep in mind that when Public Masses resume Monday, May 25th, things will be different than before.
The number of people who can attend will be limited.
There will be a check-in process for Mass.
We will follow social distancing rules.
Attendees will be required to wear a mask.
The church will be cleaned and sanitized after each Mass.
We look forward to the return of public worship in a way that honors sacri-fice of the many who have been on the front line by "opening" in a way that is responsible and provides for the health, safety and well-being of ALL. The Eucharist is the very heart of our life together. This time has been difficult for all. The resumption of public worship is a sign of hope but it also means a great deal of careful planning and hard work. Thank you in advance for your flexibility. I look forward to seeing you soon!
