ST. NICHOLAS NIGHT
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2015

Costume Contest
This year for St. Nicholas Night, we are asking the
children to dress up in costumes representing one of the
following:
1. A child from another country (children of the
world)
2. A saint, possibly their own patron saint or other
favorite saint
3. A character from the life of St. Nicholas such as a
sailor, a beggar/orphan, or one of the young
turkish girls for whom St. Nicholas provided a
dowry.
Below are some examples of these kinds of dress.
Prizes will be given for 3 different age groups. Teens and
adults are encouraged to also dress up!
