HALL RENTAL

Hall Rental rates are as follows:

$700 For non-members (This price does not include setup and cleanupwhich is $150)

$150 Fee for setup and cleanup

$150 Fee if a Lodge caterer is not used – Lodge items and supplies maynot be used

The kitchen can only be used by licensed caterers or Elk members due toinsurance issues. Caterer will need to fill out a kitchen agreement (which is

on our website www.Elks.org/lodge) and provide a copy of their license,which will be put on file for one year.

DepositA deposit of $350.00 is required at the time of reservation contract signing.

Lodge Social HallUse of the social hall will be limited to a maximum of 200 people. Thisincludes the area in the rear of the Lodge, which has all facilities necessaryfor guests.

This is a NON-SMOKING facility. Smokers may use the rear deck forsmoking.

There is no Lodge access allowed prior to dateof rental for set up

TAX AND GRATUITY

A 5 % Maryland Sales Tax will be added to the grand total. Gratuityamount is 18% of the total amount.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT FOR CATERING

A $250 deposit is required to secure a date, made out to PersonalizedTouch Catering. A 50% deposit is due one month prior to the eventdate and full payment is due the day of your event. Your guaranteedguest count is due 14 days prior to your event.

BPOE 2092, under our license, and consumed in the Lodge. No alcoholic beveragesmay be consumed in the parking lot

Any violation of this policy will constitute a breach of contract and may result in thetermination of the event. No refund will be given.

The Cold Appetizer Centerpiece consisting of vegetables,homemade dips, fruit, cheese ball, summer sausage, assortedcheese and crackers, (pictured below) is $3.75 per person.

Appetizer trays are available that are priced at $2.50 per personwhich include fruit, veggies and cheese. Please note thesetrays are not refilled.
