Jacob Rudd is a full-time Catholic Singer-Songwriter born and raised in Oshkosh, WI who will be doing a concert for our parish on July 14 at 3PM. He currently lives in Casco, WI with his wife and two kids. He plays guitar, piano, banjo and ukulele. He writes original songs about Jesus, the Saints, and his experience as a missionary, husband and father. He will perform his original songs and in between them he will tell engaging stories about his journey with the Lord. A free-will offering will be collected to support Jacob as a full-time Catholic musician and he will have CD's available for purchase ($10) after the concert.

Mass Intentions
If you would like to request a Mass intention, please call the Parish Office at 487-5005 Ext#1 or stop in the Parish Office. The Office is located on the North end of the school. Weekends for 2017 are all scheduled but we do have week day Masses available. Mass Intention is a $10.00 donation. Each weekend and on each holy day of obligation, one Mass is said for the People of Saint Mary Parish. This is according to (Canon Law, 534.)

Secretary Trustee Election
Since we shall be having a Secretary Trustee election this
weekend, I thought it would be good to provide some
explanation of who is a secretary trustee and what the
responsibilities entail. These guidelines are provided by the
Diocese of Green Bay.

Secretary Trustee The secretary works with the Pastor/Administrator/Pastoral Leader to oversee corporate, non-financial record-keeping at the parish, such as corporate minutes from the Annual Meeting as well as other documents, notices and correspondence. All parish records are to be kept in an easily accessible and orderly fashion at the parish in a locked fire-proof safe or cabinet. The secretary trustee is a full member of the parish Pastoral Council and receives minutes from the Finance Council. Responsibilities of Secretary Trustee: 1. Serves as a full member of the parish Pastoral Council and receives Finance Council minutes 2. Assists the Pastor/Administrator/Pastoral Leader in taking and keeping minutes of all meetings of the corporate board of directors; and is responsible for the corporate book of minutes, i.e., annual meeting 3. Attends to corporate notices and correspondence 4. With the Pastoral Council and Finance Council, assists the Pastor/Administrator/Pastoral Leader to ensure that proxy documents are recorded and filed. Ensures that all corporate reports as prescribed by federal, state, local and diocesan authorities are prepared and filed. (Section X, Federal, State and Local i.e.: W-2, 941, Gambling permits) 5. With the Pastoral Council assists the Pastor/Administrator/ Pastoral Leader in the development of parish policies and strategies to address the needs and mission of the parish. .
