Ø Personal selections made with our team should be considered FINAL by you

Ø ALL STRUCTURAL OPTIONS must be submitted with the Agreement of Sale. There may be no structural option changes permitted once the Agreement of Sale is submitted.

Ø Should you find it necessary to delete a previously selected option, it must be established if that option may be deleted. If possible, the builder will determine if a credit is available, based on a maximum credit of 85% of original cost.
