It is with pleasure that I welcome you to join usin the annual St. John the Evangelist ChurchDrawdown. You can be assured that there is noother event like this in Oxford!

The goal of our fundraising this year is tosecure a healthy funding for our “CLAY T O NSTEVENS FUND”.

The economy has not been kind in the recentyears and the poor feel the hurt more than mostof us. Therefore, it is our parish goal to establish atrust so we can always be ready to help the “leastof our brothers”. Your ticket to the Drawdown helpsus in this effort.

I am grateful to our planning committee andthe many merchants & donors to our silent auction, and the countless supporters of St. John’s. Come onout and have a good time for a good cause!Sincerely,Fr. Joe TonosPastor

Since its inception, the Fund supports InterfaithCompassion Ministries, Sav e - A - L i fe, and LovePacks. The fund also provides immediate financialaid in the form of food vouchers, medical assis-tance, groceries and utilities payments. The fundrecently has been used to provide a full term stayin Haven House for recovering addicts. The fundhas a board made of St. John's pastor andparishioners.
