Mobile Librarylocated in the narthex by the entrance to the schoolWe have new adult reading: Bernard Bull’s “Digitized, Spiritual Implications"; Bruce Hartung’s “Holding Upthe Prophets Hands”; Peter Speckhard’s “Connected to Christ”; Jeff Cloeter’s “Loved and Sent”; and MaxLucado’s, “You’ll Get through This.” There are books for junior high and early readers also. Books can bechecked out for 2 weeks and if you are not finished, longer. We have an assortment of DVDs for all ages.

St. John School Positions OpenOffice Assistant/Lunch Room AideA part-time employee is needed to help out in the lunch room and the school office. This positionwill work on school days from 11:10am to 3:35pm. Basic duties include managing the point ofsale system in the cafeteria and helping with secretarial work in the school office. Each day wouldconclude with crossing guard duty on the corner of North Columbia and Hillcrest. Applicantsshould be computer literate, proficient with the Microsoft office suite, have great customer serviceskills, love working with children, and love Jesus! This position is will average approx. 25 hours perweek and will help prepare and serve lunch for the students and staff at St. John Lutheran Schooland Child Development Center.
