Spiritual Communion Prayer My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the most Blessed Sacrament. I love You above all things and I desire to receive
You into my soul. Since I cannot now receive You sacramental-ly, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if
You were already there, and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.

We will provide information as we receive it.

Your generous contribution to support St. Francis has
always been greatly appreciated. Your stewardship is
an act of thanksgiving. During the Coronavirus pan-
demic, we cannot be physically together to celebrate
the Holy Mass but we can still make a gift to ourselves
by continuing to support our parish by digital giving
or US mail. No gift is too small or insignificant. God
bless you in advance for your parish support.

Fourth Sunday of Easter
Acts 2:14a,36-41 1Peter 2:20b-25 John 10:1-10 Dear Brother’s and Sister’s in the name of Risen Christ, the Good Shepherd, On this 4th Sunday of Easter, the church celebrates Christ the Good Shep-herd. We continue to rejoice because, He is the one that leads us through the diffi-cult paths of life. In the First Reading, Peter the chief shepherd among the “Apostolic Shepherd” played his role very well. Through the power of the Holy Spirit he was able to speak on behalf of the rest. The lesson is quite simple. A shepherd who prepares himself and works with the Holy Spirit will definitely become a powerful instrument of conversion in God’s hand. In the Second Reading, Peter further reminds us of the fact that to be a good shepherd, one must endure ordeals as Christ did for the sake of his flock. As good shepherds, each one of us has a responsibility to the detriment of our flock. In the gospel, Jesus points out more qualities of the good shepherd. What Jesus teaches us here is that, we need to build a relationship with our flock, a rela-tionship based on love, trust and mutual respect. We also must make Christ the shepherd of our soul. This simply means lis-tening to his voice in the scriptures, in the teachings of the Church’s Magisterium, and in the traditions of the church. To be truly the sheep of the Lord’s flock, we must listen to Him. He never fails and he knows the path we walk everyday. He knows when to place us on his shoulders, and when to take us by the hand like his little children. When we come closer to him, we shall hear and recognize his voice. Where as, moving away from Christ endangers our life. So, let us make the Risen Christ as our shepherd and walk in His footsteps. The Good Shepherd bless us all, God Bless, Father Mano
