I understand that my child will be responsible for the safe transport of my SCRIP from school to my home via the school family folder and certify that I have discussed the responsibilities associated with that. I further understand that I have the option of picking up my SCRIP orders during the school’s designated pickup time rather than having my child transport it. I agree that once the school delivers my SCRIP order to my child, the school is not responsible for any SCRIP which is lost, stolen or misplaced. I hereby waive any right of recovery that I may have against the school for my SCRIP order, which is lost, stolen or misplaced after it is given to my child.

ST. DOMINIC SCRIP PROGRAM – 2019-2020

SCRIP is a vital fundraiser for our school. With SCRIP you purchase gift cards for things you would normally spend money on every week – no need to change your shopping habits to earn money for St. Dominic School. YOU WIN by earning tuition reimbursement rewards. YOUR CHILDREN WIN when Home & School disperses funds to benefit your children’s education. SCRIP is clearly a Win-Win!

This is potentially St. Dominic’s BIGGEST and EASIEST fundraiser, but we need your help!

Complete and return the registration form to the school office, or electronically via PowerSchool. Once we designate your desired disbursement you can begin ordering and start earning rewards!

There are 3 ways to order:

1) Order online at www.shopwithscrip.com. Create an account. *Remember your username & password, you will need these every time you order. Specify St. Dominic School as your non-profit organization. Our enrollment code is: A71E47351418. Once your account is created, you can shop and place orders online. Print a copy of your order once completed, and send it to school in your youngest child’s folder with a check by 8:00AM Monday.

2) After creating your online account, we encourage you to sign up for PrestoPay. Presto Pay simply creates a payment link to your checking account so you can purchase ScripNow cards, Reload cards and use MyScripWallet anytime. You can purchase or reload gift cards with your phone using MyScripWallet hyperlink for immediate use WHILE YOU ARE SHOPPING . You may also pay online via credit card.

3) Print the SCRIP order form from the weekly family folder (two pages), indicate which gift cards you would like to order. Send the order form with your child and a check payable to St. Dominic SCRIP, by 8:00 am Monday morning.

Please Note: No refunds or exchanges on SCRIP orders. RECURRENT MONTHLY ORDERS ARE AVAILABLE. If interested, simply fill out the recurrent order form. We will send you an email reminder the last week of the month to send a check to school with your child to cover the charges. We will then process the order for you at the beginning of each month.

SCRIP volunteers process your order Monday mornings. Your gift cards will be delivered on Thursday via your youngest child’s folder, or can be picked up in the school office after 10AM.

If you choose 50 percent of the rebate to go for a tuition reduction, the rewards earned between July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020 will be deducted from your tuition and fees for the following 2020-2021 school year. You will receive your SCRIP reduction in tuition on your August tuition bill. If you have an online account, you can check your total credit to date at any time.

St. Dominic Scrip- Monthly Order Agreement 2019-2020

I am placing the order attached to this form to be filled on a recurring basis. I understand that this order will be placed on the first order of each month, during the school year (September-May). I will be contacted via email as a reminder to submit payment via check before the order submission each month. The order will be released once payment is received.

I have filled out the registration form designating how I would like my order delivered.

If I choose to discontinue or change this recurring order, I will submit a request in writing or via email to the SCRIP coordinator at scrip@stdominic.net.
