Dear Sacred Heart of Jesus family,

I pray that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration with your loved ones! Together, we begin this sacred season of Advent, a time of wonder and anticipation.

I’d like to share the “Christmas Novena” that begins on November 30th, the Feast of Saint Andrew, and continues until Christmas Day. To the right is the prayer that is prayed 15 times each day. It can be spread out throughout the day, as an aspiration of hope.

More than ever, let’s pray for one another. Christ calls us to be witnesses of hope. St. Therese reminds us that the power of prayer is really tremendous! Consider hanging this prayer on your refrigerator and make it an Advent goal to pray for some special intentions.

God bless you and yours,

Fr. Bjorn Lundberg Pastor

Hail and blessed be the hour and moment in which the Son of God

was born of the most pure Virgin Mary, at midnight, in Bethlehem, in piercing cold.

In that hour, vouchsafe, O my God! to hear my prayer and grant my

desires, through the merits of Our Saviour Jesus Christ, and of

His Blessed Mother. Amen

Pray this novena 15 times each day from

November 30 until Christmas

Day.

Saint Andrew Christmas Novena

Amen .
