Principle of the blower operation

There are two sets of rotor in the air compartment of the blower boby, and when they operate in oppositedirections, suck in air to balance the pressure created due to the volume V change on the inlet side. And the air of the volume V will be sent out thru the outlet side and the high pressure will be created thru the outlet mouth. Also, there is no need to apply any lubrications between the two rotors because of the existing gap betweenthem., Which gives no worry about the possibility of getting any friction. It runs well in high speed and gives clean air. It also can be used in vacuum circumstance.

Discharge: 50 to 200 mm

How to use Performance Table3.The discharge air capacity can be converted into the standard air capacity by the following equation.

4.According to the air capacity and discharge pressure as calculated above, the model number, bore,r.p.m. and required power can be found in the performance table.5.The motor powers are indicated by color marking, and the motor powers to be used should be that indicated.6.The choice is overlapped depending upon the type of blower. For reference, however, selection should be lower number blowers for the economy and higher number blowers for the sound level.

The performance tables give the model number, bore,r.p.m.,discharge pressure, air capacity and required power of the blower.1. The air capacity in the tables is indicated in the standard suction state. The standard suction state herein mentioned is defined as the condition at 20 C temperature, 1.0332kgf/cm (101.3kPa) absolute pressure and 63% relative humidity.

2.The reference air capacity ( temperature and 1.0332kgf/cm (101.3kPa) absolute pressure generally indicated in Nm /min. However, it may be converted into the standard air capacity by the following equation, if the suction pressure is equal.

Q : Q X 1.0732Q :standard air capacity; andQ :reference air capacity

Q : discharge air capacity, in m /min.; P :discharge pressure in kgf/cm .; t :suction temperature in C; and t :discharge temperature, in C.

Potable water treatment aeration

Wastewater ozone diffusion

Oxygenation for sludge stabilization

Aeration of streams and fish ponds.

The CIRCUIT-330(N),-250(N) type fine bubble membrane diffusers are very flexible, durable and consistent. An upwardly convexdisc is covered by an elastic rubber diaphragm which perforated " " slits, In addition, the rubber diaphragm is circumferentiallysecured by a clamp ring, the non-return valve in the centerof the diaphragm as an safety feature preventing sludge fromentering the piping and clogging the whole system.

The rubber diaphragm is made from high-grade EPDMwhich includer an ultraviolet inhibitor. This materials is resistant to aggressive chemical attack, weathering and aging.

The upward disc is made of ABS reinforced polymers.Their copolymer can fully bring out the strong points of thethree and eliminates various weak points ABS is aplasticmaterial with vast purpose, and it is a good and stabilizedplastic material in present wastewater treatment. This provides operation without the requirement for acid dosing. Due to the disc's upward convex shape, the diaphragm is onlyslightly stretched and lifted off the disc when air is supplied. The convex disc permits the diaphragm to lay out flat, even whenits elasticity is reduced by time. All materials of the CIRCUIT-330(N);-250(N) disc membranediffuser resist in long term operation temperature up to 120 Cand suitable for aeration in deep basins.
