AimsMultiple sclerosis (MS) is a complex and invalidating neurological disorder that has been gathered a lot of interest amongneurologists and researchers. Over the last decades, a large amount of scientific discoveries has been provided, thus opening a newscenario for MS management. The diagnostic criteria has been modified and improved, allowing a very early diagnosis, but, on theother side, opening new questions about how and when start a treatment. Together with this, new treatments have been enlargingthe therapeutic armamentarium and patients chance to be treated. Nevertheless, long-term efficacy and side effects profile have tobe fully elucidated. In order to help neurologists in managing MS in this complex scenario, this meeting will provide an interactiveconference based on plenary lectures given by experts in MS field together with case studies discussions on the hottest topic in MS.

Learning objectivesBy attending this live educational workshop, the learners will be able to:• Illustrate how to apply the diagnostic criteria for multiple sclerosis• Distinguish the different clinical forms of MS• Classify the available treatments for MS and compare their efficacy profile

Target audienceYoung neurologists involved in MS management.
