Montague Review MARCH 2015 #253

March is a busy month of meetings and training. We started having our first

AEM meetings. We will be meeting with each of

you to review our Associate surveys as well as our

Customer surveys. If you would like to meet with us prior

to your scheduled meeting, please stop by the managers office,

your opinions are important to us. There is a lot of training

scheduled this upcoming month, not only at store level, but

company wide too. SRS has implemented a new training

program for our perishable departments. We are excited to

announce our new trainers - Kyle E and Brandon F in Produce,

James B and Tyler B in Bakery and Stefanie M, Gina H and

Justine P in Deli. Make sure you congratulate them for

their accomplishment. We also have an AED class

scheduled in April - we have 3 openings - see Elaine if you would like to attend this class.
