I am very happy with our team's ability to push features to production and impact customers so quickly. This used to be a frustration in a lot of previous teams - and it gives immense satisfaction. We could potentially pitch the "Velocity" aspect here

What were you thinking for those - like including NetflixOSS (logo) or specific OSS projects?

yeah, like mantis, atlas, spinnaker, hystrix, evcache etc - it felt like we are underselling the stack here - we do so much integration and exposure to such a wide variety of tools enhances one's view of how things are done in a great company (a valuable opportunity if you join our team types)
