The SR Industries Machine shop is capable to carry all type of CNC Milling, drilling, turning, boring, cutting and pressing machining services. SR Industries having latest heavy duty 3 axis control 4 no. CNC Machines which can take job work size max 2100*850*850 mm. SR Industries also had 5 drilling machines, Plano machine, 2 no.100 mm spindle size Horizontal boring machines, 100 Ton hydraulic press, Hydraulic shear and Semi-automatic band saw cutting machine.

The company also will cater the needs for the design, detailing and critical fabrication of almost all imaginable structural steel structures and tanks. The company was established to supply state-of-the-art fabricated structural steel equipment’s, critical Structures , various tanks and silos in the industry.SR industries is equipped with the latest design and detailing software to ensure the accuracy of its engineering personnel’s output in addition to the expertise of its current employees. Our plant has required machines and equipment’s, which is of great help in fabricating steel structures in the soonest possible time. In addition to our engineering and machines capability, theCompany is also maintaining a Quality Assurance Program to avoid production errors and to ensure the quality of its delivered products.SR industries is certified with ISO9001:2015 by APTS which is recognized by SACASP.

The company Site is located in APIIC Industrial zone, Aganampudi, Visakhapatnam. The work shop is 3 km away from Vizag steel plant main gate and 10 km from airport .The work shop covered in 1800 Sq. yards and includes all type facilities. Around 45 employees working currently including contract employees. The machine shop do 24 hrs.Service.

SR Industries located at APIIC, Aganampudi, Visakhapatnam was established by an experience NRI who has forward thinking and had the business foresight due to the steadily increasing progress of the Industrialization process in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Introduction

SR industries is able to design and fabricate different types of steel structures and tanks such as buildings, Warehouses, pipe racks, pipe/cable bridges, platform, conveyors, tanks, chimneys, silos and pressure vessels and others which can be used for Pharmaceuticals, commercial, industrial, petro-chemical and any other purposes. We can also do different types of miscellaneous steel to complement our main structures such as ladders, staircases, caged ladders, handrail and power & Steel plants. To complete the whole structure, we can also supply Different types of flooring system such as grating, decking plates and other types. Our company is very flexible in providing the needs of our different clients. We can do the design up to the fabrication and supply of steel structures and in cases where our clients already have their design, we can still help by just providing them our fabrication and supply of their steel structures.

Sand blasting and Painting Service: SR industries has a sand blasting facility with all required tools .We carried Sand blasting / Painting work at our work shop and at clients site based on requirement . At our site at a time 50 ton of work sand blasting and painting can be done parallel. SR industry in having complete facility with work force to handle the Painting job at our work site and at Clint required site. Dedicated team of 20 persons to carry the site construction and painting work.

2D Drafting is an important industrial art extensively used in many applications, including Structural, automotive,shipbuilding, industrial and architectural design,We are well versed in simple hard copy to CAD Conversion and further development into designing tolatest industrial standards. For CNC Machining jobs we develop programs on CAD and accordingly machine set up done. We are capable to customize the design based on customer requirement.
