The downlink quality of one site was decreased after excute and rollback the re-farming script

5 Problem Analysis

L1 did the re-farming script on 23:00 Pm,13th Apr. and rollback on 1:00 Am,14th Apr. and the downlink quality was decreased since then.

5.1 Operation analyse Compare the config file before and after the operation, no related parameter was changed

And check the operation log,

And set the BA to CELL2GBA2TAG afterwise.

5.2 Alarm analyseCheck the alarm, no related alarm on these cells.

5.3 Performance analyseAnd compare the coverage level and quality before and after the operation, the downlink quality was decreased.

The traffic of these cells was increased since 17:00, 14th Apr.

The totall HR rate didn’t change

The AMR traffic didn’t changed much.

And the access request time,there was a peak, and then recover.but the quality didn’t recover

And we check the other cells of the BSC

The DL quality was also decreased

And if we try to find the top cell,we can also find cells decrease in the DL quality

And the traffic trend was the same

So, we can see that the BSC DL quality was decreased, and the cells didn’t do the operation was also decreased. So we can say the decrease is not related with the operation.

The decrease is not related with the operation, it a normal BSC wave.
