    The Squal quantity has been introduced to evaluate the Signal to Interference Ratio (SIR) on the CPICH, expressed in terms of Signal to Noise Ratio in the CPICH(CPICH Ec/No).

    Squal = Qqualmeas- qQualMin (only for WCDMA cells)

    Srxlev = Qrxlevmeas- qRxLevMin - Pcompensation (for all cells)

    Where:

    Qqualmeas is the quality value for the received signal, expressed in CPICH Ec/No(dB) and measured by the UE.
