Agriculture - the future

A new way of thinking

The solution•Smaller economically viable farms•Less laborers MORE farmers•Increase in livestock producers•Food security•Sustainable meat production•Lower farming risks…..

Page 9: Sprout Feeding Systems a new way of thinking

• Less water resources needed

• Optimal use of farm land

•Cost of infrastructure reduced

•Population growth – food security

•Sustainable Energy and lower cost

• Very little Climate risks

•High employment opportunities

•Faster rural development

Benefits of the Sprout Feeding System

• Optimum production

• Accelerated growth

• High yield in a very small area

• Low water consumption

• Low energy consumption

• Easy maintenance

• Trouble free operations

It takes seven days to grow from seeding to feed out!

Page 16: Sprout Feeding Systems a new way of thinking

• Forget about waiting for rain or soil moisture to plant

• No more moving irrigation lines, ploughing fieldmowing, windrowing, bailing and hammer milling. • Save on feed prices - hedge your investment, buy when others are selling their stock cheap and sell when others are paying high prices. • With a SFS system you take control of your feeding and production. • Organic and affordable – The SFS systems offer an attractive means of producing affordable organic 'green' feeds.

Sprout Feeding Systems Construction

Structure: The SFS structure is designed as per the requirements of the customer. A high quality structure designed to our high quality standards. The structure is modular and can be made bigger without costly alterations to the structure.

Cover: The cover is made from Polycarb, strong enough to withstand the worst hail storm. Ultra violet protection and a sunlight defuser, with optimum chlorofil improvement properties. We prefer not to use PVC and normal IBR as we believe in superior quality at a fair cost, lasting for years without expensive replacements in future.

Page 19: Sprout Feeding Systems a new way of thinking

TraysFood grade quality and chemical resistant. Manufactured to withstand years of handling. The trays are purpose made for the SFS system and can withstand years of scrubbing and cleaning.

SFS Controlling systemThe secret to optimal sprout growth is our controlling system:

Climate control for all weather conditions. The SFS controlling system has a fully automatic operation with an

automatic reset in the event of power failures.

LightingThe only efficient source of light is sun light, that is why we don’t believe in any

other source of light, but sunlight.

Ultra violet light, the big destroyer of our planet, earth warming, skin cancer and other illnesses, is caused by ultra violet light. How can it benefit your sprouts? Other

than giving heat at a price!

your needs, therefore we first will have a discussion with our prospective customer before we give a quote.

Our feed specialists play a very important role in determining your needs and their input will always be part of the discussion to determine your needs first.
