    PROBLEM STATEMETS

    Statement 1 Undergraduate Student

    I aman undergraduate aerospace engineering junior/senior class student taking 4-6

    courses of 12 credits each semester of which 2 are math intensive courses. ( Eg !E"#$ %&') !E"#$ 42%) AERSP 410etc*.

    I am trying to solve homework+s and understand the concepts with ,ecture notes

    of $rofessor and using a ook which hasn+t een revised in 1&-1' ears.

    Butsince it is ver math-intensive and professor notes are written down which is

    time consuming and involves a lot of calculation and understanding the concepts)

    so end up going to 0! office hours and spend a lot of time on google searching for

    possile solutions.

    Because,there are impacts in m grades in the eams and homework+s due to

    learning methods. !lso) there is a lot of time involved in writing the notes

    $rofessor and nuisances are missed in taking notes when multi-tasking

    I ama $rofessor in the epartment of !erospace Engineering teaching one- two

    I am trying to minimi3e the time taken for the preparation of class lecture notes

    and also lesser time in writing down the complete lecture series.

    Butsince it is ver math-intensive few of the euations and eplanations have to e

    written down for the students while eplaining) ut it involves a lot of class time in

    doing so and also uploading again in !ngel takes time and sometimes technolog of

    writing on the i$ad does not work and ended up writing on the lack oard a few

    times.

    Because, it is a large class and also covering a lot of material is hard in the
