This multi sport class/clinic will guide you toward reaching the next level of fitness through functional strength training, swimming, spinning, and running. The Feldenkrais MethodTM: Movement Seminars Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-1981) was an engineer, physicist, and Judo master. In Israel, the Feldenkrais Method is as common as yoga is in the States. Jacqueline Rubenstein has studied the Feldenkrais Method for over six years. In 2011, she graduated from the Feldenkrais Professional Training program in New York City. She works with people of all ages and abilities.
Reducing Chronic Pain Learn how the nervous system is your best ally in reducing chronic pain and making lasting improvements in your comfort. Includes a short lecture and a slow, easy, gentle movement exercise to illustrate the principles. Instructor: Jacqueline
