Order Deadlines

All orders received before 10/1/12 will have a 2/28/13 completion.All orders received by 11/15/12 will have a 4/15/13 completion.The season closes on 11/15/12

Terms

All Sales are executed in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as appearing on the reverse side of our order acknowledgments. Please review your Order Acknowledgements carefully and contact with any questions you might have!

Reorders

Due to the overwhelming demand of our products in pre-season orders we cannot guarantee reorders for the 2013-1 Collection.

Dye Lot Disclaimer

GEIGER does not guarantee a perfect dye lot match between different fabrics of fabric weights. The colors should blend, but may not be an exact match. For the best color match, we recommend ordering pieces meant as outfits from the same fabric.

Alterations

Please note that we refer all alteration requests to one of our former GEIGER seamstresses. Contact: Lisa Berry at “Needles in Motion” Tel: 802-453-5888, Store Hours: Tue-Fri 10-4 EST

Returns

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. All returned items will be inspected and a determination will be made as to the course of action. If the item is found to be defective a credit memo will be issued to your account. If not, the item may be returned to you of exchanged for an item of like value from our in-house inventory.All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods via our customer service department.

Advertising Material

Postcards: GEIGER will provide 250 postcards free of charge each season to each ordering account upon request. Additional postcards can be purchased in units of 50 for US $ 2.50 per unit. Quantities are limited, so please order as soon as possible.Brochures: Color brochures will be sent to all accounts who have placed a stock order for that season. Please contact us if you wish to receive additional brochures. Posters: Seasonal Posters will automatically be sent to accounts who have placed a stock order for that season.GEIGER Signs: Standard size desk signs are free of charge. Please contact us if you need signage for your store.
