The mission of Community Care Connections, Inc. is

to provide programs and services that empower

children and adults with disabilities to live more safely

and independently in their homes, schools,

neighborhoods and communities.

Camp Apple

Is for school-aged children

who have intellectual,

physical, or mild

behavioral disabilities,

including autism, along

with their siblings and

friends.

Camp Apple is a safe,

supportive program where children with disabilities can learn

and practice skills, side-by-side with their typically developing

peers, that will help them lead more full and independent

lives.

The schedule is flexible, allowing children to attend for as

many Saturdays in the Spring and weeks in the Summer

as they prefer.

We offer a day camp versus a residential camp

experience.

The children participate in small groups according to age,

interest and abilities.

Sessions are limited in size to assure meaningful

participation for all.

The program staff are fully trained and experienced

working with children of all abilities.

Limited transportation is available in select areas
