Varsity Spring Sports Baseball Boys Lacrosse Track Boys varsity baseball has had a great season ending with an impressive 9-5 record. MVP Brad Degnan hit three homeruns in the same inning and said, “It’s cool knowing that I broke a state record and that it was on national news.” The co-ed track team broke a couple records this season, in- cluding the record for most par- ticipants in a season: 130. The boys’ 4x100 relay won a race with a record-shattering 45.12 seconds. Mackenzie Person won a 200 with a time that beat var- sity. These few records are just a taste of what this team has done this season. Photo by Jon Feuerhelm The boys lacrosse team was beyond successful this year after going below .500 last year. Senior Alex Lopez won All-American for outstanding talent. Alex registered 99 points on the season which is unheard of for a high school athlete. The team missed the playoffs by one goal this season and Coach Harman is hopeful that they will go all the way next year and bring the championship home. Photo by Tina Patrick

Best in CCS. It is a shame that Woodside sports can come so close to that title but come up short. The girls did an amazing job this year. They went 12-0 in league and made it to the finals only to lose by a score of 3-1. This team is full of youth and spirit, hopefully next year they win.Photo by Yearbook

Stefan Touhey rep-resented the Wood-side golf team by going to CCS, only to be bounced early on by another com-petitor. Touhey was an inspiration to the rest of the golf team by letting them all know that it is pos-sible to make CCS.

Girls LacrosseIt was a rough season for girls lacrosse. They posted an 0-9 re-cord, but they have high hopes for next year. They have an extremely young team and have a new coach in Sta-cey Myers. The team is looking to the future with their heads helf high.Photo by Yearbook
