On behalf of District 21, we welcome you to the 2016 Reno Spring NABC. We hope you will enjoy the unique charm of Reno, where food and entertainment are available 24 hours a day.

Although Reno has hosted the NABC many times before, this is the first time that one has been held in our downtown playing site. Within the Circus Circus/Eldorado/Silver Legacy complex, there are 19 restaurants ranging from economical pricing to elegant dining. They also offer about any food choice that suits your palate. You don’t have to leave this complex to find good eating.

The city is undergoing major redevelopment. In this guide, please note there at least 37 restaurants within a mile of here. Many of them are on Riverwalk next to the Truckee River. That area contains many interesting shops and businesses. It also includes a special gem: the National Auto Museum. The automobiles are presented in appropriate historical settings. Even if you have been there before, there is an exciting new exhibit devoted to the 1908 New York to Paris Auto Race.

For skiing fans, there are packages available through the hotels. Reno is close to Mount Rose, North Star and Squaw Valley.

Have fun and, most of all, we wish good bridge to all of you.

Bob Garret, ChairKatherine Ewing, Co-Chair
