Keeping it local!

FISHING ISN’T FOR EVERYONE… ONLY COOL PEOPLE SEEM TO LIKE IT.Okay, okay – we admit there are some cool people

who don’t fish. But for those who do, Spring Lakes

Park is the best place to go. Bring your

kids, your grandpa or even

someone else’s grandpa!

The two fishing lakes in the park are stocked with catfish and trout, and there’s even a handicap accessible fishing deck. With

shelters and a standing

grill, you have plenty of room

to spread out. So you can go from

hook to plate to belly all right here. And if your family

or friends know how to make a mean potato salad,

coleslaw and sweet tea – you’re just a catch away

from the perfect summer cookout.
