Each time you sync it with the app on your mobile device and log into your Spring Into Motion account, you can watch your steps add up… automatically. Spring Into Motion makes tracking your daily steps easy and fun. Note: Although the UP tracks more, only steps count in Spring Into Motion. What do I need to do once I receive my Jawbone? Go to Jawbone.com/support to create an account, then download the UP app to your mobile device (be sure to select the correct app for your Jawbone product) and sync it to your account. Next go to your Spring Into Motion account and click Connect Your Jawbone on the Getting Started page or go to Profile at the top of the site, then click Connect Your Jawbone. Do I have to manually log my steps every day if I use my Jawbone? No. As long as your Jawbone syncs up with the app, it will automatically download your steps to your Spring Into Motion account. Can I use any UP tracker to sync to my Spring Into Motion account? Yes. What is a Jawbone UP?The UP is a wireless activity tracker that you put on each morning. Each time you sync it with the app on your mobile device and log into your Spring Into Motion account, you can watch your steps add up… automatically. Spring Into Motion makes tracking your daily steps easy and fun.

Note: Although the UP tracks more, only steps count in Spring Into Motion.

My steps aren’t showing up on my Spring Into Motion account. What do I do?If you’ve connected, but still show 0 steps:

• Go to Profile in your Spring Into Motion account

• At the bottom of the page, click Disconnect, then Connect Your Jawbone

• You’ll then be taken to Jawbone.com (use your Jawbone account email and password to log in); click Agree.

It may take up to 30 minutes to update. Check back to verify your steps are connected with your Spring Into Motion account.

If you’re still having trouble, use the Contact link at the bottom of the web page. A Spring Into Motion representative will respond within 1 business day.
